#1: The 2x4 $25 per person
Any (2) smoked meat entrees and any (2) homemade sides. Comes with cornbread and simple salad. Great for luncheons and family get togethers!
#2: The Lumberjack Feast $30 per person
Your choice of (3) entrees and any (3) sides. Includes simple salad or cornbread. Great for large gathering or when you’re looking for a little bit of everything!
#3: Taco / Slider Bar
Your choice of (2) entree meats and (2) sides. Includes toppings and sauces, as well as slider buns and/or flour tortilla shells for a fun custom lunch experience!
#6: Lumber Mill Prime Rib Dinner $40 per person
Slow-cooked for 12+ hours; this is what smoking meat is all about. Comes with a Prime Rib Carving Station, your choice of (2) buffet-style entrees, (2) sides, cornbread & simple salad. Bibs not included.

Stiggs beer is brewed on-site with locally sourced ingredients by locally sourced people. You can even come brew a beer yourself! We also offer locally distilled spirits and cocktails along with select wines.
